Attorneys: Earn Continuing Legal Education Credits Through NRA Foundation's Firearms Law Seminar
Annual National Firearms Law Seminar
NRA Annual Meeting

Organized by the NRA's Office of the General Counsel, the Annual National Firearms Law Seminar is the largest gathering of Second Amendment attorneys in the country. The Seminar provides a unique opportunity for attorneys, judges, FFLs, and others in the field to network and discuss this expanding area of civil rights law. Attorneys will earn CLE credit.

The 2018 Seminar will include discussions about major new legislation, current constitutional litigation, working with FFLs and complying with federal rulings and regulations, non-firearms protected by the Second Amendment, hot topics in firearms law across the country (including marijuana use prohibitions and guns at airports), the restoration of rights, Texas gun laws, and legal ethics and social media. Our special lunch presentation will be a fascinating historical look at American gun culture.

Speakers will include noted Texas criminal defense attorney Gerald Goldstein, Professor Michael O’Shea, Judge David Newell of the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals, NRA General Counsel John Frazer, Stephen Halbrook, James P. Vann from BATFE, NRA Attorney Sarah Gervase, Patrick McLain, and NRA Board Member Charles Cotton. Our special lunch speaker will be Clayton Cramer.

Written study materials for this year's Seminar are available for purchase if you cannot join us in Dallas. If you would like to order the materials or need more information about the Seminar, please call 1-877-NRF-LAWS or email us at lawseminar@nrahq.org.
