Attorneys: Earn Continuing Legal Education Credits Through NRA Foundation's Firearms Law Seminar
Annual National Firearms Law Seminar
NRA Annual Meeting

Organized by the NRA's Office of the General Counsel, the Annual National Firearms Law Seminar is the largest gathering of Second Amendment attorneys in the country. The Seminar provides a unique opportunity for attorneys, judges, FFLs, and others interested in firearms law to network and discuss this expanding area of civil rights law. Attorneys will earn CLE credit.

The 2020 Seminar will include discussions of current federal litigation, including the New York State Rifle and Pistol Association case now before the Supreme Court and other potential Supreme Court cases, state preemption laws, marketing practices liability for the firearms industry, ballistics for lawyers, self-defense law and practice points, U.S. export law, and legal ethics. Our special lunch presentation will be an important and timely look at gun sanctuary counties and their meaning.

Speakers will include Professor Brannon Denning of the Samford University Cumberland School of Law, David Hardy, NRA attorney Sarah Gervase, Camden Webb, Buford Boone, Dr. Paul Maurer, Johanna Reeves, and Stephen Halbrook. Professor Glenn Reynolds from the University of Tennessee College of Law will be the special lunch speaker.
