The Annual National Firearms Law Seminar is the largest gathering of Second Amendment attorneys in the country. The Seminar provides a unique opportunity for attorneys, judges, FFLs, and others interested in firearms law to network and discuss this expanding area of civil rights law. Attorneys will earn CLE credit.
The 2023 Seminar will include discussions of the Bruen decision from the U.S. Supreme Court, litigation in light of the Bruen decision, executive orders governing pistol braces and the definition of firearm and receivers, wildlife law enforcement, handling a self-defense case, ATF’s new “zero tolerance” policy, environmental range considerations, intellectual property for the firearms industry, and legal ethics. Our special luncheon speaker, Professor E. Gregory Wallace, will cover “assault weapons” prohibitions.
