Tim Lachance is the Assistant General Counsel for the National Shooting Sports Foundation and General Counsel for the Sporting Arms & Ammunition Manufacturers’ Institute. Prior to joining NSSF/SAAMI, Tim served as Assistant General Counsel for SIG SAUER, Inc., where he managed litigation, contract, trademark, and other matters for the organization, including spearheading the organization’s regulatory comment activity and providing legal guidance on all ATF compliance issues.
