The Annual National Firearms Law Seminar is the largest gathering of Second Amendment attorneys in the country. The Seminar provides a unique opportunity for attorneys, judges, FFLs, and others interested in firearms law to network and discuss this expanding area of civil rights law. Attorneys will earn CLE credit.
The 2024 Seminar will include discussions of the firearms prohibition and bumpstock cases now before the U.S. Supreme Court, other federal litigation involving the right to keep arms in light of the Bruen decision, including modern sporting rifles, magazine limitations, and concealed carry restrictions, the proposed rulemaking regarding the definition of “engaged in the business” of selling firearms, firearms forensics in the courtroom, the restoration of rights, recent case studies of self-defense, successfully navigating contested FFL revocation proceedings and ATF disputes, and legal ethics. Our special luncheon speaker, Professor David Yamane, will give an interesting talk about his discovery of and journey through American gun culture.
