Morgan Shields

Morgan ShieldsMorgan is a graduate of LaGrange College (located in LaGrange, Georgia). She received her law degree from the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University, where she served as the Publications Editor of the Journal of Law, Economics & Policy and was a Writing Fellow in the legal writing program. She received her LL.M. in taxation from Georgetown University Law Center. She has been an Assistant General Counsel at the NRA since January 2015. Her areas of practice include tax, lobbying, state ethics, and campaign finance compliance. Morgan also serves as an adjunct legal writing professor at the Antonin Scalia Law School.

Morgan enjoys spending time with her two Boston Terriers – Sandra Day and John Jay – running, reading, and teaching fourth graders at her church.
